SBS: Andrew Moser charged

PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- A 21-year-old Painesville man was charged with felonious assault and related offenses after he confessed to injuring his 5-month-old son.
Andrew Moser was arrested Sunday after telling police that he shook his baby in an attempt to make him stop crying.
Sgt. Tony Burgett said police were contacted Thursday by the Lake County Department of Children's Services and told that Moser's child was in Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital with "Shaken Baby Syndrome."
Moser told police he was watching the child Tuesday when the child would not stop crying. After he shook the baby, he noticed he was having trouble breathing and called an ambulance.
Moser was arraigned Monday on charges of felonious assault, endangering children and domestic violence and was sent to Lake County Jail.
The current condition and the name of the baby is not available.
